As for Jamie Benn, he would look damn sweet in a flaming C. If we do an offer sheet, I would have a secondary trade right after that would have us sending NHL players to reacquire a couple of 1sts. But the last two drafts have shown us that we could potentially be going in the direction we have hoped for and I think in Weisbrod we must trust!

I feel really good about what John Wiesbrod and his team could do with those picks. The days of the Flames blowing it at the draft are over. Let someone else make a stupid 10 year offer to a player.
